The Holy Bible, and only the Bible, is the authoritative Word of God. It alone is the final authority in determining all doctrinal truths.
There is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

God the Father is infinite and eternal.  He is creator of Heaven and of Earth.  He loves all people and knows all things.

Jesus Christ is God the Son.  On earth Jesus was 100% God and 100% man.  He was born to a virgin, lived a sinless life, performed miracles, died on the cross for mankind and thus, atoned for our sins through the shedding of His blood.  He rose from the dead on the 3rd day according to the Scriptures, ascended to the right hand of the Father in Heaven and will return again in power and glory.

God the Spirit came from the Father and the Son to help us understand what God has said and done, and to comfort and guide us, to give us the ability to follow God, as the presence of God himself.

All humanity of all time has done wrong things, to God and to one another, causing grief, pain, suffering and death, separating us from Him with no hope of reconciliation or a fulfilled life apart from His perfect plan.

These things have caused us to live as though we don’t care about God or humanity and as though God does not exist or care about humanity.  Jesus came to set the record straight.  His perfect life, sacrificial death, and coming back to life, is the Great Message from God; believing that message and placing our faith in Christ brings us into God’s family.

People who accept God’s invitation into His family consider these things as symbolic and meaningful:  a special immersion in water, called baptism and a regular time to remember the sacrifice of Christ called the Lord’s Supper or communion.

People who believe the Great Message and follow Jesus Christ live to obey two commands;  you must love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your soul, and all your mind, and you must love your neighbor as yourself.

God in His own way, in His own timing will bring human history to an end as described cryptically in the Bible, making all things in space and time new, wonderful, and perfect!

At the end of time, those who believe in the Great Message of Jesus Christ and follow Him will have an eternal dwelling place in Heaven.

To God alone, we give allegiance as we do no other, we give honor, we give reverence, we acknowledge as we do no other, until death joins us together!
