What is Shine-Thru?
Night to Shine is an unforgettable prom night experience, centered on God's love, for people with special needs, age 14 and older. It is truly a time for all of our honored guests to be Kings and Queens for the night. This year, because of COVID-19, we have chosen to provide Night to Shine as a virtual event. What does that look like? On the evening of Februrary 12th, celebration teams of 4 or more volunteers will visit outside your home, share some music, take photos and videos, cheer you on, have a private crowning ceremony and present you with a 2021 Night to Shine gift bag. We'll probably hang out for 15-20minutes.
After that, you'll be able to link to a private page (anytime after 4pm) and be able to party with Tim Tebow in the comfort of your own home!
Want to volunteer?
If you would like to volunteer as a Celebrate Team Lead or simply want to join a Celebrate Team, please join us Sunday, January 17, 2021 from 9am-1pm in The Genesis Project lobby. 3525 Riverdale Road, Ogden UT 84405. Our leadership team will meet you there and sign you up!
Want to donate?
We need your help to raise enough money to make this all happen for our precious kings and queens of the prom. Your financial support is very appreciated!
UPDATED COVID-19 INFORMATION FROM
THE PASTORAL TEAM:
We hope you are well and staying safe.
In the link below, we have listed some things to remember as you come to worship on Sunday with us. If you are not comfortable coming to the church, we understand. We have outlined online options for you below.
We do not see this as an unfair mandate for us as a church. We understand that this is a statewide, sweeping measure to stop the spread of the disease and future deaths. Because of that, we believe wisdom and caution should continue to be implemented here at The Genesis Project.
Our decision to honor the governmental authorities charged with managing the spread of the Covid-19 virus allows us to express our love for one another by limiting physical contact that may expose vulnerable people to illness.
Thank you for your continued understanding and support.
